Application

1. Please provide a list of 75 liposuction cases you have performed.  List the location on the body that the surgery was performed, the amount of fat removed, date of surgery, and the method of anesthesia.  

2. Copy or proof of current medical license.

3. Please have three physicians who can attest to your character and liposuction skills. Send their letters of recommendation to Admin@lipoboard.com

4. Provide a $2,500 payment as an application fee.

5. Sign up for the certifying examination.
